To your query. Try another browser, like Firefox or Yandex.

To see if it is hardware, enter the test mode by typing # 0 # (asterisk, michi, zero, asterisk, michi) and there is a Sub key option. Once inside press any button and the screen has to change color. This indicates that the button works.
