Not start in Windows 8 Ultrabook - Error 0xc000021a

How to fix error 0xc000021a in Windows 8

I brought a CX Ultrabook (CX219xx model) before starting windows throws me the following screenshot:

I've seen other CX I had the same problem ... in that case the system was faulty or corrupted by disk failure. Download and test the HDD Reg to confirm or exclude the above discussion. 

Before anything happens HDD Regenerator to see if you have flaws in your hard disk. 

 

If you try to recover through Windows reinstallation you can reset the system, but if the disk has errors ... aperecer will return to the blue screen.

Append to Existing log file 

Create crash dump
