Solution to Error 101 from Play Store to download applications

It's a mistake of implementation of Google Play in which the personal data stored are corrupted for some reason undetermined.

To solve it, go into Settings:

1. Applications

2. Manage applications (only for those with Android 2.x)

3. Select the All tab (above)

4. Select the Google Play List

5. We click Clear Data and Clear Cache Memory: NOT ERASE ANY APP ONLY MEMORY CACHE

6. Step back with the back button

7. Select Download Manager

8. We press Clear Data and Clear Cache Memory: NOT ERASE ANY APP ONLY MEMORY CACHE

The Android OS, despite its many advantages it also has some flaws. There are several error codes that appear on the Google Play Store, and we published the resolution of most of them previously. In Google Play Store, the error -101 is also one of them, the 101 error symptom is that when you try to download any application as FacebookViber ,WhatsApp , Skype etc .. From Google Play Store, we get a popup warning the download has been canceled and shows “App could not download due to an error (-101).”

Although it is quite annoying it is easily solved: the process of solving the mistake -101 is similar to that of other error codes. If you are suffering from the bug 101 in the Google Play Store application on an Android device, you can try the following methods to fix: Method 1:

1.     Go to Menu> Settings> Application> Manage applications> Play Store.

2.      Click Clear cache and Clear data.

3.     Restart the phone. Try to download or update applications

Google Play Store 101 error problems have been solved very likely for now, but if the error remains unresolved, remove and add Google account again. Method 2: 1.Go to Menu> Settings> Accounts & sync. 2. Select Google account> Remove Google in March. Add your Google account again. Now try downloading the desired application from the Play Store.
