Please follow these steps:

For convenience, PRINT THIS PAGE. If you can not do a step, skip it and continue.

  - Download and / or update these tools:
CCLEANER - Manual.
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware - Manual.

  - Now you have this:
Turn off system (System Restore) Restore.
Reboot in "Safe Mode" (If you can not start in Safe Mode, skip this step).

  - RUNNING CCleaner
Using the first option "cleaner" to delete cookies, Temporary Internet files and all this show you how obsolete, and then use your choice of "Register" to clean up the Windows registry (backing up).
  - RUN Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Choose your option to make a "full scan". When finished press the "remove all selected".

  - Reboot and go into normal mode, then check the System Restore option. Raisins CCleaner again in your choice of cleaner.

  - Perform analysis with Kaspersky Online as indicated by its Manual. If you are using Mozilla Firefox remember to use the IE Tab extension to perform the online scan suggested above.

Reboot and says that's your PC, next to the report generated by Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Kaspersky.

Greetings and I hope your answer.
