Twice as restores the iPhone, if you read it right, do it twice, if you've done one, three.

If this does not work, try to download the firmware manually and connect to iTunes and restore him to down shift key and select the downloaded firmware. If this fails, I think you have to take it to an Apple store.

You'll tell, but first try the first option I've told you.

The error (-1) on the iPhone is a related to Baseband and very difficult to resolve error even in the workshop.

These recommendations are from the internet. I've never tried, but try not lose anything:

1- Login with TinyUmbrella-7 12.00 and click where it says Exit Recovery
2 removes and try another USB cable, try several and see restored
3 Lower the IPhone 4s 6.1.3 HERE

Alright so I'll keep trying. Try these:
1) -Connect iPhone to computer
-Press and hold both power and home button (hard shut down)
-Let it sit for at least five minutes then try again and see if you get a different error code
-Restore it a couple more times, hopefully that will work

2) -Download the latest firmware
-Shift (windows)/alt (mac) click restore
-Select the downloaded firmware
-Wait for restore to complete
*inb4 link to download firmwares

3) -Download FixRecovery and run the program to get out of recovery mode then try a restore
Windows- http://cache.firmwareumbrella.com/downloads/fixrecovery-win.zip#
Mac- http://cache.firmwareumbrella.com/downloads/fixrecovery-osx.zip

4) -Switch USB ports and try restore again

5) -Download Redsn0w
-Go to "extras"
-Select downloaded IPSW
-Choose restore file
-Choose recovery fix
-Put iPhone in dfu mode (try restore again)

Try those and let me know what happens. This is getting annoying because I have never had this much trouble trying to fix an iPhone

Remove the back and heat up with a hair blower. Worked for me. I used this on laptops when they don't start. Before i was to apple and no solution. This worked for me. On my word.
