Windows 7 does not boot me from a SSD

Question

Hello, I wanted to tell a problem that occurs to me yesterday and I can not find the solution so far. 

 

I have a computer with two hard drives, one 120GB ssd (HTC EVO) and a 1TB seagate. I have two, Ubuntu 12.04 and Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit operating systems with a boot manager to choose one or the other. Operating systems reside on the SSD. 

 

The problem is that since last night I will not start windows 7 When you select it in the boot loader starts to leave the windows logo but then turns off and restarts. I have tried several times to repair windows but no way own. Similarly I put the installation disk to repair windows, but neither has been able to repair it. 

By accessing the command prompt, windows on the disk very suspicious X :, thing, as this has always been the disk drive C: 

 

I also find it very strange that not even let me repair the installation with the installation disk. 

 

Another strange thing I noticed before it stopped working it would not let me close firefox, and this hogging 100% of the resources in the resource monitor. 

 

Any hints on what may be happening? 

¿Know any program that can be used to repair a Windows installation without reinstalling the whole system, or at least to make a diagnosis ?. 

Although most of the files have 1TB disk, I have some important on the SSD (I'll get there in the future, if the recovery) and if possible I would like to recover. 

 

As I use Microsoft antivirus essentials.

I mean you do not have antivirus 

 

reinstall the windows in the same location and that's it, do not touch at all user files

Thank you all for your help; Garlor effectively, the Microsoft essentials is a potato. Had the virus infested computer. I put the avast and now everything is running smoothly. 

In the end I resorted to a tutorial on this page to repair the boot manager and thank God everything worked correctly without reinstalling. Now I have to restore Grub boot loader, but it is another matter.

Yes, the truth is that the MSE is not a reputable antivirus to say.
