With the upgrade to the seven different versions of iOS (7.0.1, 7.0.2, 7.0.3 and 7.0.4), users reported a bug that seems pretty common. When aceden to any of the applications that are configured for push notifications (Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter ... etc), I get the message: "Connect to iTunes to receive notifications". You usually happens on an iPhone 4, but it is not unusual for a 4S or iPhone 5, iPad or even iPod Touch.
The error also involves the failure to receive any notification, so that is a big mistake, but easily resolved.
To address this we propose two methods, I recommend you to try with the first and if the problem persists, come over to the second requiring a little more time.
method 1
You have to follow this route Settings-> iTunes App Store and Store-> Apple ID -> Log
Power off your iPhone
I powered back up and re-enter the Apple ID. (If you test and is giving error, pass the method 2).
method 2
Of the problem had not been solved, it is best to restore the phone. To do this:
We connect the iPhone via USB cable to your PC or Mac.
We make a backup.
Restore the iPhone to factory settings.
Restore from the backup.
Many users report that the first method works for them. Those who do not, the system restore error message disappears. I hope you have been useful.
