Here we will see how to boot into Safe Mode (key 4) and with networking (button 5) as our need.
1 - Press the Windows [IMG] + C, then click Settings.
2 - Click Start / Turn off, hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click Restart.
3 - Click on Troubleshooting.
4 - Press Advanced.
5 - Click on Start Settings.
6 - Click on Restart.
7 - Press the number 4 on your keyboard to Enable Safe Mode or number 5 to Enable Safe Mode with Networking. Windows will start in "Safe Mode With Networking".
