I leave you a guide on how to enter "safe mode with networking in Windows 8":

Being a laptop may need to press the Fn key along through 5.

Hi, I tried what you told me, and will not. Actually I need because I have a program that is Proshow Gold, which does not connect to the internet to install the extras in normal mode. On the PC, I have Windows 7, I do it in Safe Mode with Networking. That's why I wanted it on the laptop (Windows 8). Perhaps Microsoft's assistance to help me, but you saw what I was told of Ccleaner and Avast 7. Course I'm not going to say anything about this program, just want to sort out safe mode with networking. Anyway if you think of anything you tell me because I fio more.
Greetings.

Hello again, osky. I already solved the problem. I've given a lot of thought, and I thought that maybe it was for the wifi. I took the laptop and I've put a network cable to the router and have connected and the problem is over. Wifi will not work ever. So I take it for solved. Thanks for your help. Obviously what happens if I expose someone to do the same as me.
Greetings.

Well I'm glad the media solution, albeit unresolved what the AConnecting wifi, you should check the wifi card do a service and perhaps be damaged.

However check if your drivers or the same device does not have faults, go to the Device Manager and you see that there is a yellow sign, a sign that you need to update / reinstall the driver under Network Adapters.

To get to "Device Manager" in Windows 8:

Press the Windows + R / keys in the "Run" and typing hdwwiz.cpl Pet window.

Tell you do not use Windows 8 so I leave the topic open if a fellow had something to add.

Greetings. osky

I have installed the driverscaner pro and has detected me apart from other drivers, which network adapters had (There are 3) had a very old driver I called and asked me reiciar, I restarted and I get "Attempting repairs" so took more than 30 minutes, so it seems to me that the safe Mode with Networking, I will not, because I will leave the team as it was. At worst I have to install from scratch. I'll tell you. Greetings.

Sorry for not replying earlier. Well the story is long. On the 12th I called Microsoft and asked to pass a technician. I passed it I called and told me about Ccleaner and Avast. I explained what the safe mode with "network" (the quotation marks because it is red) Mammy me an email, to give you permission to enter my computer. Well I do not know who was doing it, but in the wizard window not know what I was reading files ....
I said I could do it and safe mode with networking. I gave 5 and told him that I went out on the screen, without internet connection. Well he failed to help me more. In the afternoon he called me and told me to explain the problem to a mate and he said: "Are you using wifi, because wifi not going?". I rebooted before this call and note that everything was very slow. In conclusion he said it was all because of my Toshiba Satellite L655, which is not compatible with windows 8. Asi is that pedi money back and put the discs from Toshiba to put it as coming from the factory. When installing applications go, toshiba tells me no messages. I went into the application's and had an update fimware team (put fimware / bios) all that I have finally run out of windows 8. osky Thanks for your help, starting today only ask for help for windows 7 Regards

Maybe Microsoft does not have drivers for the wireless card installed in your laptop. But if the operating system factory was a Windows 7 wonder you do not have wireless and I on a Compaq laptop with a very justito hardware with Genuine Windows Vista upgraded to Windows 7, I was able to seamlessly install the trial version Windows 8, which incidentally uninstalled because it seemed premature to use it. But everything worked out smoothly, wifi, touchpad, etc.

Maybe you should wait a bit to have the driver I guess was to blame for everything or go to Toshiba's website and see if they have the driver for your model and compatible with Windows 8.

We closed up the issue and anytime.
