As far as the problem comes with "line breaks do not expect the program" or "weird characters".
Proba disabling the "sync contacts".
Other methods could be:
1. Removing the automatic synchronization with Google contacts "Settings / Synchronization Automatic datos-Google/Sincronización".
2 Install on phone "ExportContacts" program and create a. Csv with contacts within our SD card. Get this file to the PC.
3 Ese. Csv can be imported into our Gmail contacts without problem, go to Gmail, "Contacts / Import". Please note that since joining the contacts you have in Gmail, and you may want to delete any you're not interested in Gmail.
4 Reset all phone contacts (as now got on Google so no drama)
5. Reactivating synchronization of contacts on the phone.
