problem and my bluetooth car handsfree

Question

A few days ago I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S4, and have had a problem. I can not connect to bluetooth handsfree having my car (a Ford Focus V2C) remains in linking me ... all the time until it fails.

Before I had a Samsung Galaxy S2 and was perfect but to exchange it for the new all else fails. 

 

Someone knows or experienced the same error? software there any way for my problem?

I just bought a big C4 Picasso, and my Samsung Galaxy S4 in citroen tell me that is not supported! The mobile connects me with the car bluetooth, but when I call or call me and I pick just 1 second cut. The funny thing is that until last week had a c5 and the bluetooth if it worked, and that it was an older car.

Hi there, 

Today I bought a S4 and I feel the same with my Citroen C4. 

Works perfectly with my S3 and S2 having my wife ... It's also very rare. 

 

On the other hand, neither S2 nor S3 worked with Garmin GPS (Nuvi 1490) and the S4 works perfect, so if you can not find how to fix it, the solution will be to use the GPS as a hands free for me, and the stereo handsfree car as my wife (who stayed with my S3) 

 

I read in other forums using the BluetoothKeepalive (which is paid) or Bluetooth Service (free) but still did not go to the car to try (I have not much faith you ...) 

 

I do not know if it's a firmware problem (my computer is a S4 active ATT USA) or are a subject of BT. 

 

I hope to find the solution. (and will post here)

For now I found the solution, the S4 Active team has locked bootloader so I could not change the firmware to see if the 4.3 instead of the 4.2.2 fixes the problem.
