Well I would like to know if anyone knows how to return to the stock rom from Motorola atrix hd, is the nextel or at & t.

The term generally referring to iron installing a ROM firmware or a phone used. In your case you got the pc to download the firmware you need from the pc and run the RSDLite program to install the firmware.
