I called an orange technical assistant who returned me to the manufacturer assistant and gave me the following approach; remove the SIM card and SD card, turn the phone and go to Settings => Sync and backup> reset (or) not default. store well aside what you had on the phone memory (usually it's just contacts, photos and others are more in the sim card) allowing the reset. With relighting, the phone asks you to set your Google account from the very beginning. And there miracle; it works ~ !!
