Go to Start> Search and open CMD on your PC (Windows)
In the command prompt window you type the following:
- ipconfig / release
- Enter oppress, then wait and digitas the following:
- ipconfig / renew
- Enter oppress, Waits. When finished digita:
- ipconfig / flushdns
