Sony xperia go when I try to connect to pc by usb cable not recognized

Question

Until recently I could download photos or any file without problems but since yesterday my pc does not recognize the device, someone can guide me with a solution?

Let's first with the symptoms. 

 

1 - Does the machine rings when connected? 

2 - Your phone recognizes it is connected, bone starts to load, says it is connected? 

3 - Charge your phone right? 

4 - Are you connected to another computer?. 

5 - It may be the cable or the mini usb charging pin bone.
