Simple. You see your iPad and iPhone and Settings >> iCloud, Photo Streaming uncheck the option to "no". If photos do not disappear in the iPhone eliminate them one by one and the Photo Library albun disappear.

1. Create an empty folder on your computer and rename it, such as “Empty”.

2. Launch iTunes on your computer, click “Edit > Preferences > Devices > Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically”.

3. Connect your iPhone to computer with the USB cable. Then your iPhone will show up in iTunes.
