To take a screen shot of a display image on any monitor, you have to use the "Print Screen" or "Prnt Scrn" button on your keyboard (some require using the Control "Ctrl" or "Alt" key at the same time. The "Alt" will take a picture of only the active window instead of the whole screen). This takes a snapshot of the current image and puts it into the computer's clipboard memory. Then you need to open a word processing or graphics application like Microsoft Word or Paint, and then paste the image into the application.

It’s that easy! You’ll see a message appear on the screen that says “Screenshot captured. Saved as image file”. You can then go to your LG Vortex Gallery app to see the screenshots that you have captured in the ScreenCap folder. You can also find them by navigating to the /sdcard/ScreenCapture folder.
