Solution to Black Screen

You can start directly from step 6 if you think all of the above you've tried. Let's focus on the critical situation in our iPhone not turn on or only when connected to the mains. In addition, we can use these steps when the screen shows nothing and on top have found that iTunes does not recognize your device on our PC after connecting the cable.

  1. We verified that it works button Sleep / Wake. If not, it checks for any signs of damage or corrosion, in which case you should contact technical support.
  2. We verified that the dock connector does not have any damage, corrosion or dirt that prevents good power connection.
  3. Connect the iPhone with the power cord and let it charge for at least 10 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes, if:
Display the Home screen: the iPhone should be functioning normally. It is advisable to continue charging up to 100% and see the icon on the top right of the iPhone screen black screen. Connected to power .. then unplug the phone. IF YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY TURN OFF is best to contact your service representative. If all goes well the problem is solved.
Low battery image appears, even after having been in charge for more than 20 minutes: In this Apple support article in the Food section / Battery displays "iPhone displays a low battery image and unresponsive"
If anything other than the Home screen or the low battery warning, continue with the following steps appears instead.
If the iPhone does not turn on, try to reset it plugged in with the USB adapter. This simultaneously press the power button (Sleep / Wake) and Home button for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo or battery symbol appears.
If the screen is turned back to step 4.
If the screen remains black, continue to the next step.
  5. Restore the iPhone. We connect the iPhone to a computer and open iTunes.
If iTunes recognizes the iPhone and indicates it is in recovery mode try to restore the phone.
If, however, does not recognize or complications arise when restoring the iPhone, we can follow the steps listed on the official website of Apple on this issue.
If the restoration of the iPhone resolved the issue, return to step 4. Otherwise, you should contact the helpdesk Apple.
That remains is to wish you luck and that the solution will remove a load off.
