Select "Network Adapters" and under it, finds the driver of Wi-Fi in the list. I select.

Click the "Disable" and press "OK" button to apply the changes. See if that helps. If this does not help, re-enable and proceed to the next step.
If the above does not work, try the following.
Open a command-level administrator in the desktop mode prompt, type the following commands, pressing [Enter] after each command:
netsh int tcp September heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel = disabled
netsh int tcp set global rss = enabled
Then, type the following and press [Enter] to check that the practice entirely settings are disabled.
netsh int tcp show global
Finally, restart the computer and see if this helps.
