Help, how can I recover deleted pictures and videos?

good at all. 

 

When my lg optimus sincronicar the pc have been erased most of the pictures and videos I had on the phone and not on the pc orquestras. Croncretamente happened when I changed the settings manually to all ... and vanished puffff tel. Can be recovered?

I would also have been the same, but mine is a Nokia Lumia 710.

Hi, I have the same problem, I lost the photos from my LG Optimus 7 for unwanted and cold boot the previous program does not recognize my LG as a disk, so I can not even hecharlo not running. Alternative, greetings and thanks is appreciated.
