Although I searched online, both in Spanish and English, I found a solution in any forum that would serve me. Luckily, the technical service Zoodles (the developer) helped me resolve it quickly. The other alternative would have been to restore the mobile as supplied by the manufacturer, losing files and installed applications.
On the one hand, I got two pin "emergency" numbers for these situations (8675 and 1999) but it did not work. Luckily I got a second solution and this solved the problem if the first one. This is restart the mobile in safe mode (safe mode) and from there you can force close or even uninstall the application.

How to enter safe mode?

There are two ways to enter this mode:

  • When the button is pressed to turn off the phone, a menu appears with several options: shutdown, data connection, airplane mode, restart (plus other options to mute the phone simply must let down longer your finger on the option. off. In any case, the option that worked for me was the next.
  • Turn the wireless normally and when you turn hold down both volume buttons while the operating system starts. Once started, you should see in the lower left corner of the screen the words "safe mode" or "safe mode".

Upon entering safe mode, just go to Settings / More / Application Manager, and from there force stop or uninstall the application. Once this is done, we can restart the phone and use it normally.

Although this article is a little out than usual in this blog, I am content if it helps one person, because it is a real chore not to use the phone normally for having let a child use for a while. If you served help, leave a comment or greeting :)
