Search the web for new updates for these programs, and you install them. Reboot and testing.
If not, go to the search engine of your PC, and locate the file Srvsvc.dll
This file must be in System32 your PC, which manages the synchronization of your itunes.
If you have not, or is not there, you will not work.
You can find it on the boot disk of a Windows (XP for example), and you should take it to that folder I have told you (system32, which is in c: /> windows> system32)
