The problem is cleaning the data stored on the device from a previous version of the Google Play Services application, which does not succeed.

To solve the problem, we have two options:

Clear data and cache of applications Google.
Clear Data + cache of Google Chrome application. So we must enter: System Settings -> Applications -> Tab All -> Google Chrome
Clear Data + cache of the Google Chrome app in the same way; System Settings -> Applications -> Tab All -> Google Chrome
Restart the device

secondary alternative:

Uninstall updates of both (in the same place as I indicated in the first option, if the app is installed updates leaves you the option).
Note: If you root, do not try to erase Services Google Chrome  completely, only updates as it can give problems after restarting the device.
