It took me quite as I'm not familiar with the Andrid system. So I try to describe the steps for those who encounter the same problem.

I downloaded the file on my PC :
I put it on a memory stick and have connected to the tablet.
From Applications , I have agreed to ES File Explorer
In the lateral izquiedo tools -> Root Explorer . Thus you have shown me that the app is in the memory stick ( maybe there is a better method to locate the file , not )
Once Google_Play.apk visualize the file, you click it and kept in the lower right corner an icon with three dots appears Mas putting . press
In the menu that appears, select Copy To
Selected in the browser bar the root ( / )
we click the folder system
we click the app folder and OK . We have already moved the file to the desired location .
Now let's access this route , where we copied the.
In the left side menu, select Local -> / Device
we click in system folder
we click on app folder
seek Google_Play.apk , pulsed matenemos , we click on icon Mas ( low right) and properties
Then a window will appear we modify permissions , next appears in a box [ Change ] , and then click in changes mark the following boxes:
Username: Reading and Writing
Group: Reading
Other : Reading
Finally we would read: rw -r - r -
After changing the permissions and give OK , close the ES file explorer and reboot the tablet.
