Go to Settings -> Bluetooth, and erases all accessory matched so far. Reconnects you want as if it were the first time you do it.
Look closely not skip any steps when connecting. And above all, read the instruction manual car or accessory that you try to connect, maybe there is something that you overlook have prevented proper operation.
