Wipe Cache
I not assure you that this procedure will have a positive end, but try not harmful.
Turn off your Android smartphone / tablet and on again while holding down the buttons
power button,
Volume + button,
central home button (if present)
When the terminal reboots use the volume buttons to move up or down in the menu.

Scroll to Wipe data / factory reset and press the center key home (or the power key), in the menu that appears select Yes - delete all user data and press the center key home (or the power key).

If these solutions are not sufficient, the ultimate extreme solution is to perform a hard reset of the Android device.

You are trying to upgrade an application and I see this error message that stops you from running update?
Can not download <application name> due to an error (Error retrieving information from server). [RPC: S-2: AEC-2]
This guide will explain how to solve this annoying problem with two possible solutions.

Problems with Google Play Services

Another cause may be linked to a malfunction of the Google Play services, which in this case is necessary to proceed with clean up cache and application data.

Let's see how:

Access the Settings menu

Click App
Scroll horizontally up to All
Scroll down to find Google Play Services
Click Clear Cache and then on Space Management, and then click Delete All Data
Perform the same procedure with the Google Services Framework

We add further solution if these do not solve your problem
