How to Block mobile during upgrade Sony Xperia M2

Hello, yesterday try to install the latest update my xperia m2! q as always said would take about 40 minutes, but this time charging takes 12 hours! the problem is that my phone is switched off and so the name seems q android and will turn on at all but no! The concern is that this takes more than 12 hours .

Sounds like a bad installation, try the following:
1. Restart the terminal (if you have not already) in the sim slot is a dot that says off, you press it with a fine needle.
2. If this does not work, try entering the recovery and do a wipe cache
3. If this does not work, you could take it for service or do a hard reset (losing your data)

You could also try PC Companion (official Sony software, find it from their website, in the section of service), to help restore mobile.

thank you very much, I've tried the 3 ways but nothing, as usual! PC Companion to try to not let me update the mv so I think I will take it for service
