I have a problem with my nokia 500 "system error"

Question

I have a problem with my nokia 500, what happens is I go into photos and all the pictures are there not the can see there are videos too, and I want to eliminate all but when I delete I get a little sign it says "could not be deleted, system error" if I could help it would be helpful because I have problems with this long ago and would like to fix it as soon as possible, thank you very much

I recommend you reset and delete the device information, so it is recommended you make a backup before using Nokia Suite, for this process follows these steps: 

 

Open Nokia Suite on your computer. 

Connect your phone to the PC using a USB cable. 

Once recognized the device. 

Select Tools. 

Then Backup. 

 

To reset and erase data follow these steps: 

 

Select Menu on your phone. 

Then select Settings. 

Tap Phone. 

Select Phone Administration. 

Then select Factory Settings. 

You choose Delete data and restore. 

 

Then check if the error to delete data on your mobile continues.

and did all that and asks me when I want to restore and put lock code 12345 but nothing happens I do?

pls, the thing is wen i open menu i jst get''system error'' how to rreset??wont the datas get deletd wen reseting??

Hi, thanks for participating in the Help Forum Nokia. The default code for Nokia phones is 12345, if you are entering the code and your phone does not accept it means that at some point this code was changed. Likewise try to shut down the mobile for 15 minutes, turn your phone again and re-enter the code 12345. If your mobile denotas not accept the code, I advise you to visit a service center that can help you with the code and also help you to restart your phone.

Hello I have the same problem and I did everything that procedure to restore the factory phone nokia suite also enter and will update the sotfware and even continuous problem when I want to see my photo gallery does not open anything and when I put a new tone I get system error ... how can I solve this problem truly appreciate them q can help me
