Problem with Home button and Power button on iPhone 5s (software or hardware?)

I hope you can guide me on what to do with the following. I bought my iPhone 5s on 2 November. Since last week I had noticed something, sometimes coming to Whatsapp and wanting to press the Home button nothing happened , same with the Power button . I found it very strange not to do anything so I pressed both buttons simultaneously to reset and reset. When my iPhone lit the Home and Power buttons work as if nothing had happened .

 

Both buttons functioned normally until about 4 days after I returned to spend the same on Whatsapp . I went back to reset and ready , but I thought that was whatsapp, so I reinstalled whatsapp but last night I went to " Notes " to write something and if I kept writing but to give the Home button no longer wanted , same with the Power and now I'm starting to believe it's something related to my iPhone but :

 

Why buttons would work normally for days and suddenly I do not reset and hasa ?

 

I do not think that buttons are broken How could reset iphone if they are broken ?

 

I think ( again I am not sure that I could not find this problem on the Internet ) that may be due to poor installation of software (perhaps to update the day it was 7.0.4 ) or a bug in iOS 7 in general.

 

I will not take it if this warranty is software problem but I prefer to ask you because I know I can give a better review.

There is something common that happens to you, may be one of the connectors fail, but since the iphone is under warranty I would call apple and the Sat Game Review them the problem to get it resolved or change the teminal

 

900 150 503 is the phone, you will be asked only has the serial number iphone

Greetings! I thought it was not common but it's exactly the same problem as the other person who answered here!

 

Problems and doubts iPhone 5s

 

So I am not alone and the worst is that I have realized that it is a BIG problem and many users is happening while surfing the internet (in the Apple forums).
