A consultation on the screen as I get to pick up when I call

Question

So that the question is this, when I receive a call sometimes I get the screen with an icon Talk to drag to the right only and others, I get two icons hook one for green and one red next to hang up, someone would know why this happens and tell me what is the reason? Hi when you hit the icon Talk dragging the right is pq your phone is in standby mode rested bone display off, and when you get the green icon and one red side is pq those using mobile, bone the screen on or activated
