I wanted to help, since the wildfire s my sister, not that happens, it will not appear the keyboard, leave the box, and when you click the keyboard does not jump.
one gives me any solution ???

restore factory involves leave your phone manufactures, contacts, downloaded applications are erased etc. to do so you have to enter the menu> Settings> SD & Storage> reset factory data. I guess you solve the problem

Before restoring, see if in settings / language and keyboard have a soluciondado keyboard. And if not, before restoring, download any backup program (you have manuals Chucky) and make a backup and then recover ...

To my I thought of something similar, the difference was that install the original keyboard HTC chucky and after activate Settings \ Language & keyboard, I kept popping the new ROM, and looking I found that I had to let down in the box to write, then I appeared a window to select the type of writing, and wuala !!!! test and let down in the window that appears you see if you select the method of writing you up the keyboard.

My tb has happened to me, and solve personal dictionary xq imagine collapses, so you're going to manage applications, then touch input, you give clear data and go! so no need to do a hard reset.
