 repair iTunes

Go to the Control Panel and enter the program to install-uninstall programs. Once there locates the installed versions of Apple Application Support, you will find two versions, 32 and 64 bits. You need to repair both versions, as iTunes needs both to function.
For that you have to click the right button on the 32-bit version of Apple Application Support, select "repair" and complete the repair wizard. When finished, does the same thing with the 64-bit version.

With the completion of repair, you can now try to start iTunes. If not start properly, you can delete the file msvcr100.dll you placed on the desktop.

If iTunes does not start, you must download a new copy of the installer from Apple.com

This option is to remove other programs linked to iTunes and necessary for their operation. You have to go to Control Panel and uninstall the following program, very important, you must follow the same order as you indicated:

iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support 32-bit *
Apple Application Support 64-bit *
* On some computers, you may have installed two versions of the Apple Application Support. It is common and if you're both, you must uninstall all.

Once you have completely uninstalled iTunes, it is important to restart the computer and that you download the iTunes program again to install the latest, the most current version.
