Step 5: Allow the download is complete. Then, run the .exe file and extract the driver installer in the desired location (preferably the desktop).

Step 7: Once running, open Start, and then Device Manager.

Step 9: Click the icon display drivers and then Refresh.

Step 10: In the remaining dialog box, give Browse and navigate to the folder where you extracted the drivers.

Step 11: Once the location of the correct folder selected, click OK and the setup wizard to automatically identify the driver and install it.

Step 12: Finally, reboot your system and start boot normally without any lag or black screen.
