I have a problem to open whatsapp

Question

Hello, I have a problem, open whatsapp I open the browser chrome with advertising. I have spent several antivirus and malwarebytes and I'm not having any threat as a result, but the problem persists. I do not know what to do.
I do not locate that program or software update has caused me this problem.

you tried to uninstall and reinstall WhatsApp? and the same with the browser?

I uninstalled  last  6 updated applications and I am installing gradually to see if any of them.
Whatsapp and the browser does not give me problems. if any of them do post it in the forum to avoid disturbing other users.

For the problem go to Settings - Applications - tab all in it in the top right where three points, you agree to them and you choose "Reset Preferences", then to restart the terminal.

Good, I have the same problem, I tried the same thing you Kasperky, avast etc and ningunodetecta nothing. It opens publi me asking subscriptions paid when I open WhatsApp, Chrome and even waze me happened.

I have also tried to restore preferences, but neither solves.

I wipe data in both applications.

Settings> Applications> Select Whatsapp
- Click on Force Stop
- Then click Delete Data (Note: Whatsapp erase information, do backup if necessary)

Settings> Applications> Select Chrome
- Click on Force Stop
- Then click Delete Data (Note: Chrome erase information, do backup if necessary)

Reboot and try.

I've now spent the app STOP BADDAP and I detected virus in the app download music MP3, so far they have not left me more ads, to see if I'm lucky and it was this, but while I had this app or not to me.

I discharged only answer. I was the same, I deleted the application to download music MP3 and fixed the problem. Tb I had this app for a few months and had not given me trouble. It will be an update.

I had the same problem. I also had an App download mp3 music and had already cleared. Until ahors it seems that the problem is being fixed.
