Error retrieving information from server (micromax a72)

Question

Hey...please help me out.
I’m getting the same error (error retrieving information from server RPC:S-7:AEC-0)
while updating or downloading any app from google play store.
My device is micromax a72.
While following your easy way to solve this issue it doesn't work on my device.
Kindly reply to me on my mail id regarding this issue a/c to my device.
I expect a speedy reply from u wikitechsolutions team.
Please help me out.

1. On your Android device , we go to Settings
2. Then Applications, and inside we go to the All tab
3. Here locate and click on Google Services Framework
4. Once inside we delete the cache, then We delete the data and force arrest.
5. Repeat these operations also advise with Google services with Google Play and Play Store

I had this problem last night and searching I found several solutions that does not solve my problem (it is solved alone this morning)

You must delete the Google account. (Google accounts select and delete) and then reconfigure.

Alternatively go to the applications (in parameters) and google store and delete the cache and data, force stop the google play store and reboot the device that can help you.
