I have to jailbreak iOS 7.0.4 and suddenly I do not work Mail or Safari, I give them a hint but does open and close and I have already started and nothing re ... know anything about it?, Thanks

restore the iphone from itunes, and then fly to spend evasion, you have to fix the problem.
