  1. Reboot the Samsung device

Rebooting is always a useful trick that users can try to fix most issues. However, since your device is black screen, there are some methods to fix it.
  • Do a hard reboot by pressing and holding the power and home buttons for 10 seconds.
  • Remove the battery to forcefully shut down the device, and then restart it.
  • Let the battery drain until it is discharged, then turn on the device.

2. Restart in Download / Odin Mode

Even though your device is stuck on black screen, it is possible to enter download mode, please force shut down the device and then hold down all three buttons ("Volume Down", "Home" and "Power") at the same time until it asks you to enter download mode or not, press "Volume Up" to continue. Now, use "Volume" buttons to select "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" and press Power button to confirm.

3.Use Broken Android Data Extraction

Step 1. Download and install Broken Android Data Extraction beforehand.
Step 2. Plug in the Samsung and click " Start " to repair the device.
