Check that your SIM card is inserted correctly
Take the cover off your mobile or if not remove the chip diskette with the key of your cell phone in the case of the most modern mobiles
Now take out your SIM Chip
clean it well
Now when you put it on the plate make sure you place it the right way
To finish, close the floppy disk or the lid and turn on the cell phone
Factory reset
Turn on the mobile
Go to the 'Settings' app
Go to the 'System' section
Within system select the option 'Options for recovery'
To finish, press the option 'Delete everything' or if not 'Delete each of the data', confirm the action and that's it
