Check that your SIM card is inserted correctly

  • Take the cover off your mobile or if not remove the chip diskette with the key of your cell phone in the case of the most modern mobiles
  • Now take out your SIM Chip
  • clean it well
  • Now when you put it on the plate make sure you place it the right way
  • To finish, close the floppy disk or the lid and turn on the cell phone

Factory reset

  • Turn on the mobile
  • Go to the 'Settings' app
  • Go to the 'System' section
  • Within system select the option 'Options for recovery'
  • To finish, press the option 'Delete everything' or if not 'Delete each of the data', confirm the action and that's it
