Restart App
Open System Settings.
Choose Applications (“All applications”).
Select "Camera".
"Force closing"
Go to "Storage".
Tap on “Delete data”.

Try using another app, like
Google Camera or any other app from the Play Store .
Clear camera cache
To delete the cache of the device we will go to the following route:
Settings> “Applications and Notifications”> “All applications”> Camera> Storage> “Clear Cache”.
Factory reset phone on Android
To restore the factory phone on Android we will follow the following route.
Settings > “Reset Settings” > “Factory reset” > “Erase everything”
