- Go to Settings.
- Then, click on Apps.
- Now, scroll down and look for Google Play Store app. Click on it.
- Here, you will see three buttons – 1. Force Stop, 2. Clear Cache, and 3. Clear Data. Click on them in the given sequence.
- Now, go back to All Apps list and follow the same steps for Google Service Framework and Download Manager app.

Solution 2
If you have a rooted phone, then you can follow below steps to fix this issue. I found this solution at XDA Developers and it has helped to some users.
- Go to /system/etc/permissions.
- Delete services.cn.google.xml file.
- For Huawei users – If your phone has EMUI 8, then you can find the file at \system\emui\china\etc\permission.
