Shutdown
first try turning off the phone for solution. Try pressing and holding the " Power " key for about 30 seconds to see if the option shows " Off" so you can try to turn it off. Sometimes holding " Power " can also make the device reboot.
Soft reset
- Press and hold the " Power " and " Volume down " buttons until the device reboots. Normally, you would hold down the buttons for about 10 to 20 seconds. Release the buttons once the screen changes.
- " Maintenance Startup Mode " The screen should appear. Use the volume buttons to change the selection to " Normal boot ".
- Make the selection by pressing " Power ".
