  • Restart PS5, connect to the Internet through a fixed connection, and reconfigure network settings.
  • In case of wireless connection, check the installation location, bring the PS5 closer to the router or remove any objects that could interrupt the connection between the two devices.
  • A classic that you were surely expecting: turn off the router or modem, wait at least five minutes and turn the device on again. 
  • Update the firmware of the router. This step will vary depending on your Internet provider, consult their online manual or contact their customer service to find out how to do it.
  • If the PlayStation Now game is available to download, please do so. You may need to clean your PS5's hard drive a bit to fit the console.
