This error usually appears when a PS5 application or game crashes. Here are three solutions:
- If the error occurs just after running the application or game, uninstall the program from Settings - Storage and reinstall it.
- Boot PlayStation 5 from Safe Mode and run option 5 ( Rebuild Database ).
- If the error persists, please backup all data and restore PS5. Settings - System - System software - Restore PS5 . Now install the error application again.
