to activate, change or remove WhatsApp notifications, we must do the steps detailed below.
On the iPhone, we open Settings> Notifications and look for the WhatsApp section. Here we will see first of all a button to turn notifications on or off completely . The rest of the options add more customization possibilities:
- Choose the type of alert between locked screen, notification center and strips (with their duration) or a combination.
- Sound alerts and balloons on the icon.
- Previewing and grouping of notifications.
- These options are the most general of the app, which are controlled from the system. But there are many others within the app itself that we see in the following sections.
