Restart your streaming device.
In most cases, restarting your streaming device should quickly fix the error code 0041. You must completely turn off the device and then unplug it if it is connected to the img power supply. Leave it unplugged for some time, at least a minute or two, before plugging it back in and turning it back on. If you are using a device that has a sleep mode, turn it off completely and make sure it is not in sleep mode.
