Problem with the battery of the phone.

Hi, I have a Nokia Lumia 1520 and for a few weeks, the battery works in a very strange way.
The first is spent excessively fast (less than 1 hour of music is more than 10% of battery), and the second and main problem is that even taking battery suddenly goes off without more, and since then to re-low battery light is, but if I leave it off for a while and light it has something more.
Is it a battery problem? Should I change it? Advice please.

Try to calibrate. Load up to 100% and let it run out and then Bring it to charge up to 100%. Not if unused for that period is required, but try it.
If still equal, certainly has been damaged, you will have to find one on eBay or Amazon.

All the earmarks of 'dodgy' battery. Have you noticed that warms more than usual? you could be any type malware process that is consuming the battery in the background.

I might change the battery. If your phone is still under warranty take it as soon as possible.
It is definitely a rare problem. I seek your help with Microsoft directly or who have collateral if it is the case.
