i hd rest my xoloQ1000opus now its showing 'adobe air has been stoped' over n over can u pls help me to resolve it

From the Home screen goto Apps
Settings
Scroll to Device section and then tap Applications.
Application manager.
Swipe left or right to display All
Find Adobe air
Force Stop, then Clear Cache.
Than Clear Data,
Restart the phone.
