Repair MacBook Pro battery

Hello, today also 4GB of RAM that came with my macbook pro 2012 for 16GB kit. All right, I closed it and turned on and runs as ever, but I realized that when you click on the battery icon says "Repair battery", and also is being downloaded fairly quickly. It could be that somewhere touched inadvertently battery? The same message did not appear this morning, and my mac has only 560 cycles of 1000 he says that the brand holds. I can do something? Because I find it strange that if I touched something, the battery continues to operate just not as good

Open and double check and avoiding any possible static discharge, I happened a couple of times not wanting to disconnect the battery cable is not always well positioned and stopped working, until we check that all was well. But preferably using an anti downloads band, because if you give a discharge to any component if damaged, even something that do not detect with the naked eye, especially RAM and CPU
