How to Move Apps From Internal Storage To SD Card

Question

I have come to this page looking for information on how to move applications to my sd card because I only pass from adjustments photos, videos and little else. Recommended reading for Internet download an app (easy app2sd) but tell me already past all that can be passed that are three or so and the phone is still full (do not let me because it says no updates have no space) and my sd 16GB with 14 free.
