Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 How I can turn the TALKBACK program?

 

I activated by mistake TALKBACK Settings and now I can not turn it off. The tablet does not work with touch, you have to tapping. Although I access settings on the screen do not appear all the options and I can not access Accessibility since the options can not slide. I can only access those in the initial screen.
By favo r anyone can tell how to fix it.

Hello , to slide on and off Talkback have to slide with two fingers together and click, works with touches.
So, try to go to Settings> Accessibility> Talkback (Off)
If you lose patience, I recommend a Hard reset, but lose your information.
